Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. $39.00 refunded. 104.05 credited to my account to be used on future purchases.

Bought 4 wigs from them on clearance and they are not fit to wear to a costume party. Cannot return them. There return policy is unreasonable. They don't let return clearance wigs and there is a 20% restocking fee for there regular price wigs . No exceptions . I even tryed to write a review on there website And it won't let me on clearance wigs .

I agree. I just received my first and only wig today.

Total garbage. The wig felt like dry hay. Color was suppose to be blond and it was red and brown. Rides up in the back.

Didn't attempt to send back per the reviews.

Would NEVER recommend this company. It's going in the trash

I ordered a hair piece of the Wig Company website, after receiving it I realized it did not match my hair color. I followed the procedure for returning.

They have this EZ label which is basically they send you a label and you slap it back onto the package and send it off and theyll take the amount of the shipping off the refund. So I sent it out the day after I received it. Didnt hear any from the company for over a week. I emailed the customer service and they told me the return should be relieved to the by the end of that week.

Never heard anything about so I emailed them the following week and customer service said it would take 10-14 to process my return. I waited and no I got was sent to me. Then I receive a notification off of Klarna - I used Klarna to pay for the hair piece. On Klarna it states I was refunded $5.60.

Well my total price for this hair piece was about $35. I email customer service, mind you I still have received any confirmation email that they have processed my return and have sent a refund. I have been the one reaching out to them this entire time for communication with my return. I then get an email saying that it was $12.99 for the EZ label, I purchased a clip in bang literally should not be that much for such a small package, whatever though okay where is the rest?

Well they dont refund previous shipping payments either which I didnt see that anywhere on their returns page. So I paid $35 and only got $5.60 back. Save your money and skip this place.

They will do whatever they can to keep your money and frustrate you to the point you dont want to fight for it. Also terrible communication on their side of things.

Believe me. You do not want to do business with this company. First of all, it took forever to receive order. Then I received the wrong color &;;;;;; style wasnt even similar to picture. I told them I should not have to pay $12.99 to return the wig since it was their mistake. They refused. Then they short- changed my refund amount. Bad experience from start to finish! Will never order from this company again!! Beware!

Ordered a wig from The Wig Company that didn't work for me, I used the return label and dropped it at the post office on May 11th. After 3 weeks I'm still waiting for my card to be credited (total price with tax and shipping was $177.27) Today I called...

they received the wig and I should see my card credited minus the cost of using the return label and the cost of restocking. Charged me over $60 for those fees.

I had the same thing happen to me. I spent $101 (shipping included) on a wig.

I did not like the style on me and returned it almost immediately. Today I received a refund of $59. When I called customer service, I was told that there was a restocking and shipping charge (because I used their label).

That’s a $40 difference. I WILL NOT be using them again!!

I have not heard from the Wig Company or from Paula Young! I refused the wig and it was returned unopened it was a wig Company wig but it was from a Paula young catalog! I have filed a dispute with Visa and they said it may take 2-3 months. Meanwhile I have been advised by Visa not to pay Visa the charge. Until the matter is settled.

I ordered a clip on a couple on Jan 7, 2021 got confirmation on Jan 8, 2021 and paid for expedited shipping, 3-5 business days which made the shipping arrival date Jan 14, 2021. Here it is Jan 17 and I have NOTHING. I contacted customer service and have not received any reply. Very dissatisfied with this company and I would not refer anyone to them.

I read the reviews. All I have to say is I am glad I did. You guys need to treat people right. The reason I actually thought about buying a wig from them was their phone number was at the top and with these scammers some don't show phone number. Now I am having second thoughts after reading reviews.
