As a first time customer, this company sent me a wig that was in a crushed box and looked disheveled along with 6 other pieces that were pristine. I immediately contacted the company to report the unacceptable piece.

I returned it only to receive it back (at my cost) saying it was not acceptable for return and refund. I was shocked. After many additional stressful conversations and a long letter which I was told I had to write to the owner of the company, I was told they would not refund my money nor would they accept the piece. This fiasco was the worst interaction I have ever had with a company.

Do not do business with this company as the owner has no compassion nor does she care to keep a customer happy. I had a horrible experience and am out 60$.

This company has no integrity and in actuality, is calling me a liar! What a horrible experience.
